About Us

In 2016, the Communications Workers of America established the Passenger Service Airline Council, an integrated organization that represents and advocates for more than 20,000 members at American Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, and Envoy Air.

By coordinating programs for all our passenger service agents, we can better serve everyone's needs. Most important, the Airline Council can use all CWA's resources and talents to fully support each Local and each member through collective action, mobilization, and training.
